Hill Street Studios is a commercial photography studio that provides still photography, art direction, fine art, and graphic design. The studio was founded in 2000 and is located in the historic downtown district of Nampa, Idaho, 20 miles west of Boise. Hill Street Studios provides assignment photography services for marketing and advertising—imagery that reveals character, resulting in photos that convey a sense of personality and “the face[es]” to represent a company.
With extensive experience in all aspects of photography, branding, art direction, and graphic design, their client list includes Fortune 500 companies and local small business owners. Their team can work on simple projects with modest budgets, but also have the breadth of experience with large projects, such as comprehensive image libraries for large corporations or organizations.
Lawrence Manning and Betty Mallorca are the founders of Hill Street Studios. These partners have years of experience in commercial and professional photography, art direction, and graphic design. They have spent a lot of time as entrepreneurs, in addition to the experience of working at high-level corporate jobs. Individually, they both create fine art and show their work in various galleries and art exhibitions.
